Earn your MBA in Kansas City

Our Kansas City Master of Business Administration (MBA) program provides a high-quality education to develop managers for positions of responsibility.The Avila Kansas City MBA program offers several top degree concentrations, including popular areas of study: International Business, Health Care, Accounting and Marketing. Plus, because the Avila MBA program is located in Kansas City, you will learn from and have access to local business leaders and entrepreneurs.

Anyone with a bachelor's degree in any academic discipline may enroll in Avila's Kansas City MBA program.

Trimester Schedule

The flexible schedule consists of three 11-week trimesters and one 8-week summer session each year. Classes meet from 6 - 9:20 p.m. one night per week except the summer session where most classes meet from 6 - 10 p.m. one evening per week. Generally, classes do not meet on Friday nights or the weekend. You will receive 3-semester hours credit per class.

The trimester schedule allows you greater flexibility in planning your personal life along with your education schedule. Fall and Winter trimesters have a built in Thanksgiving to New Year's break between them. Taking classes every trimester can decrease the time necessary to complete your MBA by nearly a year or more. However, if work or personal demands require, you could sit out a trimester and still get back to your MBA Program in 3 or 4 months.
