Christina Boxx, MSIOP

Avila University played a huge role in my academic career. I earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Business Management from Avila. From Kansas State University, I earned a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

I have been at Children’s Mercy for almost 9 years; I currently work on the research side and oversee research-related data projects, consult the research team on building data collection tools that will capture their goals for research studies, and build training modules to assist the data entry team. I help to ensure data accuracy and build automated systems to help optimize time.
