With over 15 years working in banking and technology service delivery systems, Mr. Smith brings real-life daily professional experiences into his courses. With an undergraduate and graduate degree in business administration, he has a broad academic background in multiple functional business areas. His work experience provides professional qualifications to share working knowledge of the use of technology in our personal and work lives. Mr. Smith has spent much of his career working with organizations to help them strategically improve the delivery of service products that will enhance his client’s relationships with their customers. This work requires a broad-based view of business operations, the use of technology at both the personal and enterprise level, and continuous work on managing change and looking for efficiencies in all areas of his client’s processes.
