Aleta “Let” Hayes brings more than 10 years of administrative experience in higher education, along with over 30 years of experience in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She has also served in positions with the states of Missouri and Florida. Aleta has earned certifications in Office Support, Office Specialist, and Office Management, and is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at Avila University. Aleta’s commitment to Avila University and its mission has spanned much of her adult life. She is passionate about supporting students, faculty, and staff, and looks forward to continuing her service to the campus community and the broader community upon completion of her education.
