Breann Branch, Ph.D., Director of Research & Organizational Change at Culture Journey-Critical Social Change Project, Inc.

Branch’s organizational development, research, and racial equity work spans 8 years across higher education, public charter school programs, and other nonprofit educational and government organizations. Dr. Branch has served as principal and co-investigator on numerous culturally responsive research teams. She is passionate about helping organizations understand how they can transform their culture and climate through a disaggregated evidence-based approach to understanding the feasibility and utility of the findings to inform capacity building, program development, and implementation of racial equity initiatives. Dr. Branch enjoys educating others about diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and working with organizations interested in cultivating transformative change.
