My professional career has afforded me opportunities to work in social services in family services and correctional settings, serve as an English Language Learner Instructor in an elementary school, and work as a staff training and development coordinator prior to moving into higher education. My higher education career has spanned 25 years and included a variety of roles in Student Services and Academic Assessment. I have been blessed that the recurring theme throughout all of my professional roles has been helping people find their path, tell their stories, and channel their power to work through challenges.
