A progressive and innovative approach to adult education in Kansas City, with degree programs specifically designed for the unique needs of working adults, parents, and caregivers. Located in Carondelet Hall.

Avila University’s College of Professional Schools hosts many of the institution’s most popular undergraduate majors including Business Administration, Elementary and Secondary Education, and Communications. The College is also home to four Master’s level programs: MA Education, MBA, MA Management, and MS Organizational Development. Within the College, the Avila Institute for Professional Studies is the home for the University’s adult professional undergraduate programs. Designed for busy, working adults, the Institute’s undergraduate programs provide accelerated and family-friendly degrees with online, evening, and weekend-intensive classes. Led by Dean Andy Jett, Ed.D., the College of Professional Studies’ office is located inside Carondelet Hall.
