Start Here: Library Catalog
The Avila Library’s DVD collection includes more than 1,300 educational videos, documentaries, and feature films.
The collection includes two locations:
- Video Collection: Available for checkout by current Avila students, faculty, and staff.
- Faculty/Staff Collection: Available for checkout by current faculty and staff. Students may view these DVDs in the library but may not check them out.
DVDs can be searched through the Avila Library Catalog and checked out at the Circulation Desk. If a DVD is not available at Avila, you may be able to borrow it through MOBIUS.

General Video Collections
Documentaries, educational films, and video series from respected producers and broadcasters.
Interlibrary Loan
If you can’t find the video you need through Avila or MOBIUS, we may be able to borrow it as a DVD from another library through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). This service is available to current Avila students, faculty, and staff, and most requests are fulfilled at no cost.
