The strategic human resources concentration prepares you to make an immediate impact on the talent management of any organization. Learn how to effectively manage the culture of the organization, or improve your ability to align your organization to be prepared to deal with Human Resources issues. This concentration focuses on workforce planning, training and development, leveraging talent to meet organizational goals, and managing employee reward and recognition systems while decreasing risk.
The executive leadership concentration is designed to expose you to the skills, the new technologies, best practices, and leadership methods needed to thrive in today's business and non-profit climate.
