Dr. Elizabeth Wilkerson-Arbisi

Dr. Wilkerson-Arbisi is a seasoned education professional with a proven track record in curriculum development and educational leadership. She has been in education in various capacities for 31 years. She taught in the classroom at Kennett School District for thirteen years; 5 years as a kindergarten teacher, 1 year as a middle school reading teacher and 7 years as a high school ELA teacher. In addition to teaching, she coached various sports and sponsored clubs and activities. Her goal was to become an Administrator. She accepted her first elementary principal position in LaMonte School District where she stayed for 5 years. Dr. Arbisi was then hired at Raytown Quality Schools, where she was an elementary principal for 7 years. Her desire for curriculum, instruction and assessment led her to Center School District where she became the Executive Director of Academic Services for 5 years before her retirement in June of 2023. Dr. Arbisi continued to have a strong desire to work with educators in preparation for leadership roles; therefore, her next venture was as an Adjunct Professor for AVILA University. Elizabeth is known for her results-driven approach to leadership development supporting intentional change and maximizing leaders’ abilities. She excels in recognizing team members’ strengths, weaknesses and motivations offering tailored and intentional support for personal and organizational goals.
