Master of Arts in Education (MAEd)

Curriculum & Instruction

Our fully online Curriculum & Instruction concentration is designed to develop the skills necessary for classroom teachers to become a Teacher Leader.  Coursework will include a more in-depth study of learning theory, curriculum models, data literacy and assessment, change management, and effective leadership techniques for teacher leaders.

Avila has been developing classroom leaders for decades and our Master of Arts in Education degree will give you the skills to live up to your promise. We’ll prepare you to become a more effective and efficient instructor with a rigorous curriculum customized for the educational level and subject matter you want. And by teaching you how to better design inclusive, challenging lesson plans for your classroom, you’ll be positioning your pupils to succeed.
