Claudia Mandato (Avila 2021 – Masters Psychology) is a retired Executive Vice President from Lockton Companies, where she built a legendary career spanning 40 years. Throughout her four-decade tenure, she served as a pivotal Operations Executive and mentor, becoming a cornerstone of the firm’s culture. In 2025, she was celebrated as Lockton’s first-ever “Woman of Influence,” a testament to her impact on the Women in Lockton community and her role in empowering the next generation of industry leaders. She is also a leader and organizer with Avila Women in Leadership. Mandato is widely recognized for her technical mastery, holding a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD). Her extensive list of professional designations includes: CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), ARM (Associate in Risk Management), CRM (Certified Risk Manager), CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) and CPIW (Certified Professional Insurance Woman).
