Merrill Eisenhower Vice President | Business Development – Clarkson Construction
Merrill leads strategic growth and infrastructure development initiatives at Clarkson. His career has been centered around development, operations, and strategic planning, with a focus on supporting complex infrastructure projects and organizational growth. Merrill works closely with leadership teams, public agencies, and industry partners to advance key initiatives and maintain strong relationships across the construction and transportation sectors. Merrill holds a Bachelor of Science in History and Interpersonal Communications from Missouri Western University and an MBA in International Business from Baker University. His honors include Ingram’s 40 Under 40, the FAA Impact Award, the March of the Living “Keeper of Memories” Award, and recognition as an Honorary Ambassador of Chuncheon City, South Korea. He recently participated in the Truman Lecture at Avila as a moderator and speaker. Merrill joined in 2026.
