I have a Masters in Instructional Design and Technology, and I am finishing up my EDD in Instructional Design from Baker University. My undergraduate was in Premed but I found my path toward the instructional design when I started my graduate schools. I work as an ID for Payroll software company but I love doing adjuncts and teaching what I have learned. Instructional design, learning design and training is my passion. I would love to be teaching full time in future.
