Program Format : Each course is taught in a hybrid model (asynchronous and synchronous) in an 8-week time period.

Students gain hands-on experience in assessment planning, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Case Study & Application of Project Management3 CREDITS
    • This course focuses on a case study with students assigned to teams and chartered to develop a detailed case study solution and supporting project plan.  It incorporates the materials covered in previous course work and provides the student a real world feel for the rigors of the Project Management Process This course centers around an immersive case study, where students are assigned to teams and tasked with developing a comprehensive case study solution along with a supporting project plan. By integrating the materials covered in previous coursework, the course provides a practical, hands-on experience that offers students a genuine feel for the challenges and demands of the Project Management Process. A tailored and applicable learning experience for participants is ensured through providing the option to choose between addressing a case study and creating a project plan or identifying a need within their institution or organization. Prerequisites:  PM 672, PM 620, and PM 610.
