Jill is a lifelong learner, passionate about growth and development. She holds an M.S. in Counseling and an M.S. in Organizational Development, along with certifications in Crucial Conversations, MBTI, and Emotional Intelligence Coaching. After earning her OD degree, Jill began teaching at Avila University in 2017 to share her experiences as an OD Consultant, a role she finds deeply rewarding as it allows her to impart practical knowledge and insights from her own consulting work. Jill has built a diverse career across industries including Legal, Banking, Healthcare, and most recently, Technology, where she currently serves as a Senior Organizational Development Specialist.
