This four-week workshop examines uncovers the challenges of leading remote teams and identifies the critical characteristics of successful teams.
We will discuss the importance of establishing ground rules and identify effective communication norms that helps you to develop remote meetings that are engaging. You will also learn techniques to develop a work environment that supports team member inclusion. And, lastly, we will identify behaviors that support personal accountability and ownership for individual team members.
