The Registrar and Director oversees all aspects of the Registration and Students Records Office, including transcript production, grade collection and distribution, degree audits and certification of degree completion, registration, transfer evaluation, course and classroom scheduling, athletic eligibility, and FERPA compliance. The Registrar serves as a campus DSO for SEVIS and facilitates OPT requests for international students.

Position Available   Graduate Assistant for Softball Posted 07/16/14
Appointment Date  

Appointment for the full range of duties will begin August 27, 2014.  However, appointment for purposes of working with head coach must occur as soon as possible.

Responsibilities  

Graduate Assistant will act as an Assistant Coach. Will be involved with all aspects of the softball program including practice, gameday management, office duties, strength and conditioning, travel and budget, recruiting, etc. GA will work in conjunction with the head coach to help build the student-athlete academically as well as athletically. Frequently required to work irregular hours such as weekends, holidays, or evenings.  

Qualifications  

Bachelor’s degree, required. Outfield experience preferred but not required. NAIA and/or private, value-based experience preferred.

18 graduate level credit hours/year and stipend.
