All full-time students on an F-1 Visa at Avila University are REQUIRED to take Avila’s health insurance. Students will be charged for health insurance on your Avila bill.

Cost on Avila bill (6 month rate):
August 1, 2017 - January 31, 2018          $789.84 
February 1, 2018 - July 31, 2018              $789.84 

Students in OPT can enroll for insurance at the same rate.


This insurance is REQUIRED for all full-time international students (F-1 Visa), even for students doing OPT. No other insurance including insurance from home country will be accepted.
