Emotions Laboratory
Emotions Laboratory
We are studying emotion regulation in situations involving social evaluation. In our laboratory we use a variety of measures, including videotape analysis using Noldus Observer, and psychophysiological measurement using Mindware Biolab and Nexus Biotrace equipment.
Previously, we investigated the effects of neurofeedback on cognition and mood, in conjunction with researchers in England, Denmark, and Russia, and funded by the Bial Foundation of Portugal.
Dr. Pasqualini's earlier research included investigations of facial expression and emotion in people with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and Down's syndrome, as well as chimpanzees!
