
Dr. Lisa Hatfield serves as an adjunct professor for the School of Education. Dr. Hatfield earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Specialist’s degree in School Superintendency from William Woods University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor’s degree from Avila University in Elementary Education. Dr. Hatfield is a certified teacher, principal, and superintendent.
Dr. Hatfield taught 5th and 6th grade for 11 years in the Hickman Mills and Raymore-Peculiar School Districts. She was then hired as the principal of Eagle Glen Intermediate where she served for 6 years. Dr. Hatfield is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for the Raymore-Peculiar School District. She has held this position for 11 years. Dr. Hatfield enjoys teaching courses that expand the instructional capacity and leadership of both novice and veteran educators.
