I served for over 20 years at the College of the Ozarks, where I was a Professor of Mathematics teaching mainly applied mathematics including Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Numerical Analysis, Probability, and Statistics. Other roles included Director of Academic Assessment, Division Head of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering, and Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission. My wife and I moved to the Kansas City area in 2020 and I most recently served as the Director of Vocational Development at City Union Mission. Using my background in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis I have done consulting in manufacturing and other industries and collaborated on projects with colleagues in engineering, nursing, education, psychology, and the natural sciences. Outside of academics, I served as an officer in the Navy Reserves from 2002-2011.
