Robin Ferguson is the Leadership Effectiveness Consultant and Executive Coach for Children’s Mercy. Her background includes work as a Registered Nurse, an Ordained Minister, a Leadership Coach, and Consultant, and as Adjunct Faculty in the Masters of Organization Development Psychology program. She holds a PCC level certification with the ICF and has coached leaders around the globe, as well as functioning as a mentor coach for those seeking credentialing. Robin’s experience also includes serving as the Sr. Minister of two churches, a consultant to multiple boards and leaders, a radio show host, a frequent public speaker and presenter, a writer on numerous platforms, and as the main contributor to the formation of a multi-faceted leadership center.
