Wine 101

Ring in the Christmas season and toast the end of 2020 with your Avila family during our annual Wine 101 tasting event!

When you register, you’ll receive a curated selection of three half bottles of some of the most exciting vintages available this holiday season from Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Representatives from Glazer’s will talk about each of the three wines, with suggestions for food pairings and tasting notes.

Everyone is welcome! We invite you to let other Avila alumni and friends know about this fun, exciting event. As a bonus, Glazer’s is offering bottles and cases of each of the three wines at a discount for attendees to purchase after the event!

The cost of this event is $20 per person and includes three half bottles of wine.

Event Box Pick-up Information:
Event Box pick up will be Tuesday, December 1st from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Wednesday, December 2nd from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Blasco Hall (Building #1 on the campus map). You may come into the Advancement Office on the lower level of Blasco Hall or call 816-501-3602 for us to bring it to your curbside.
