Success Tour Sign Up
Worried about finding your classes? Don’t sweat it! Click the following link to sign up for Success Tours during Transfer Orientation on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
During these tours, the transfer mentors will take you around campus, show you your class locations, and give you any helpful tips such as where the closest bathrooms, drinking fountains, vending machines, and study spaces are.
Make sure you have your schedule handy! Either print it out or have a screenshot saved in your phone.
Student ID Directions
Please follow these directions to have your Avila Student ID available for pick up during Transfer Orientation:
- Send the following information to Thomas.ramirez@avila.edu by Thursday, August 10, 2023
- Official Full Name
- Student ID
- Headshot photo on a plain background
- Pick up your Avila Student ID from the Check-In table during Transfer Orientation on Thursday, August 17 or from the Campus Safety Office in Whitfield during the first week of school.
Don’t Forget the Free Stuff!
All new students are given a welcome package with free Avila gear and information.
These welcome packages include a planner, pens, highlighters, stickers, and other fun Avila-themed things.
