The mission of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists is to foster the professional growth of radiologic technologists by expanding knowledge through education, research and analysis; promoting exceptional leadership and service; and developing the radiologic technology community through shared ethics and values.

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists 

ARRT is the world's largest credentialing organization that seeks to ensure high quality patient care in radiologic technology. We test and certify technologists and administer continuing education and ethics requirements for their annual registration.

Missouri Society of Radiologic Technologists 

The Missouri Society of Radiologic Technologists is an affiliate of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Their purpose is to advance the field of radiologic technology. They do this by assisting in establishing and maintaining high standards of education and training, pursuing legislation that will require licensure of all those who use ionizing radiation for diagnosis and treatment of humans, providing assistance for educational seminars on the local level, and presentation of an annual educational conference.
