Our Master of Arts in Management with an emphasis in Instructional Design & Technology at Avila University advances you.

Infused in today's business climate is the need for constant learning with the use of technology as a guide and support. With an MA in Management, emphasis in Instructional Design & Technology, you will gain the skills you need to utilize adult learning theory; design curriculum and coursework, leverage technology and social media to impact change or enhance employee development within your organization. The coursework in the Master's program will challenge you to adapt methods and technologies in innovative ways to respond to learning demands. In addition, you will learn how to align Instructional Design & Technology with transformational initiatives and organizational strategic plans.

With classes meeting just one night per week for eight weeks or on weekends, you can keep your full-time job while you pursue your Masters. You can apply and enroll every eight weeks by taking advantage of our rolling admissions process.

The Instructional Design & Technology graduate certificate is 13 credit hours that rolls easily into the Master of Arts in Management degree. You can stop with the certificate or proceed to a Master's degree - the flexibility and choice are yours.
