The School of Education admission process has specific requirements that students must meet to enroll in the Master of Arts in Education in Special Education program. Find out the requirements, what additional materials you should send, and where you need to send them.

MAEd. in Special Education Requirements

*Applicants with a cumulative GPA between 2.50-2.75 may be admitted provisionally.  Applicants must complete all steps in the admissions process and should request an official transcript evaluation for consideration.  

**Out-of-Country credentials must be evaluated by an agency on the DESE's list of approved evaluation agencies.  Evaluation results must be sent directly to Avila University from the evaluation agency.
