Avila University has partnered with Advancement Courses Inc. and VESi to offer courses for teachers at the graduate level to meet their continued education needs.

Whether you’re seeking graduate-level professional development options or a path toward a meaningful graduate degree, Avila has you covered.

Courses completed through Avila’s partners can be directly transferred into graduate credit toward the MAEd in Curriculum & Instruction program. Continuing education credits are not required for any Avila degree programs. However, University Partner credits are reflected on an official Avila transcript as graduate-level credit upon successful completion.

Transcript Request

The continuing education partner submits a learner’s grade to Avila University within 7 days of the final grade date. Grades are recorded by Avila’s Registrar within one week of receipt from the partner. Student transcripts are available immediately after grades are recorded.

Please Note: No more than 6 credits may be submitted for evaluation and transcription in any given Avila University semester. Transcripts will reflect the semester in which you purchased the course(s). Please plan ahead if you need a grade recorded in a specific semester.

Avila University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). Avila’s School of Education is nationally accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP, formerly NCATE), and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
