Internship Abroad Organizations

ISA Internships offers full-time, structured, unpaid internships with the option to receive academic credit in Spain, England, Australia, and New Zealand. Since you are matched with an internship that's a good fit for you, internships are offered in a wide variety of career fields! The program will work with the on-site contacts and on-site staff to find the right internship for your experiences, area of study, skills, and future career goals. The way the internship matching process works is that through the initial online application, you'll select your preferred program location and then your top three preferred career fields. Then we'll learn more about you, your skills, your experiences, and your goals through the supplemental application materials (a cover letter, a resume, a letter of recommendation, and an advising session with your Program Manager). Once your application is complete, your Program Manager will work with the on-site staff and on-site contacts to match you with an internship that is a good fit for both you and an organization abroad. Once the best match is found, you’ll be presented with an internship offer!

ISA Service-Learning provides students and recent graduates the opportunity to participate in structured service-learning programs in local organizations, schools, NGOs, clinics, centers, and associations yielding personal and professional development. Throughout each service-learning program, you'll learn through reflection through the completion of a Portfolio, which is the compilation of reflective essays, group discussions, logs of hours, weekly journals, a supervisor evaluation, and a certificate of completion.
