PEACH
Peers Educating Avila about Counseling and Health
PEACH members work collaboratively
with the Health and Counseling Services staff to develop and
present a variety of educational and social programs/activities
for the Avila community. Members are committed to improving
campus life through events such as the following past programs/activities:

Out – Developed and carried out activities
promoting awareness of the physical and psychological
effects of smoking,

Stress
Relief Week – Sponsored fun stress relieving
events before finals.

Swing
Into Spring – Handed out safe spring break
information and giveaways

Wellness
Day - Developed display and conducted
water tasting test to raise awareness about the benefits
of water

Slip
Into Sleep - Sponsored activities to educate
students about sleep

Late
Night Breakfast – Sponsored making of personal
stress balls

Breast
Cancer Awareness and Raffle – Sponsored
and staffed event to raise money for breast cancer research

Denim
Day & MOCSA T -Shirt Display – Sponsored
and staffed event raising awareness about sexual assault

and physical health issues which can impact college students

other PEACH members in a creative, open, and enthusiastic
manner to develop and implement programs/activities
