Avila Health Services are available to all students, faculty, and staff of Avila University. The center is funded by the university operating budget and most services are available free of charge. A fee is charged for some immunizations.
An Avila University
Health Information Form must be completed by all first year
students, resident students, international students, and any
student using Health Services. The health form includes
personal information, emergency contact information, insurance
information, health history and current immunization records.
