Welcome to Avila University’s School of Science and Health. I’d encourage you to use this site to explore the wide range of programs that our school has to offer including:

• Radiologic Science: The program’s first time registry pass rate is over 98 %
  
• Prehealth Professions: Partnerships with schools such as the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences help you to gain acceptance to highly competitive health profession programs
  
• Biology: Original research under the direction of Avila’s full-time faculty is carried out by all biology students.
  
• Sports Science: Required internships are carried out with community partners such as the Kansas City Brigade Arena Football League, the Center for Athletic Performance and the Kansas City Wizards.
  
• Computer Science: Robots are built and programmed as part of the program’s Capstone Course.
  
• Mathematics Education: All recent graduates have found employment in their field immediately after graduation or continued into a master’s program.
