KANSAS CITY, Mo - - Want to get to know your possible future mayor?

Residents of Kansas City will get that chance at a Mayoral Candidate Forum, scheduled to take place from 8-10 a.m. Jan. 11 at the Whitfield Center on the Avila University campus. It will be a chance to meet the candidates running for mayor of Kansas City and find out where they stand on important issues.

The event will be co-hosted by the South Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, 3-Trails Village Community Improvement District, Martin City Community Improvement District and the Southtown Council. It will be sponsored by AT&T. A continental breakfast and opportunity to network with the candidates will take place from 8-8:30 followed by a candidate debate and audience questions from 8:30-10.
