Below is the signature that we would like the University to use with their e-mail messages. Follow the directions below to insert a new Signature in your Microsoft Outlook.

Follow these instructions to use this format in Outlook as a Signature
Open Microsoft Outlook
Go to Tools, Options, Mail Format
Message format should be HTML
Click on Signatures
Click New
Name it AUsig or whatever you would like
Under #2, click on the third option, Use this File As a Template
Click the Browse... button
Then go to the P: (public) DRIVE
Then University Marketing and Communication
Click on Logos
There should only be one .html file in that folder which is called ausig.html
Choose that file and click Select
Click Next
Then Fill in your information
Click Finish
Click OK
Then make sure that file is selected next to the Signature for New Messages and click Apply and then click OK
If you want to use the signature for replies and forwards, then please select that option also.
Now you should be able to start a new e-mail message and the signature should appear.
