Avila University’s excellence is built on its caring commitment to students and their full development both in and out of the classroom. What our students learn, how they apply it in their lives, and as a result make a difference with their lives is what matters most.
The Office of Marketing and Communication is responsible for helping us communicate who and what we are, why we are distinctive, and the difference that this makes. I am grateful for their efforts to do so through the Web site, our publications, our admissions marketing pieces, and other media messages. I am fully supportive of these efforts and ask that you join with them in this effort to create more clear and consistent communications that reinforce our mission.
The materials they have developed and are developing daily, along with their guidelines for publication, promotion, and communicating Avila to prospective students and their parents, our alums, donors, friends, and neighbors will help position us to become the institution to which we all aspire. It is the responsibility of each area, department, office, or program to work with OMC as we strive to clearly communicate that which sets us apart.
