Position Available	Annual Fund Coordinator
Appointment Date	July 2009
Responsibilities	The Annual Fund Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of a comprehensive annual giving program, generating unrestricted and/or scholarship support for Avila University.
Qualifications	Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree. Skills: Must have superior interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills plus the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Creativity a plus. Other: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a plus. Experience: Two years of related experience. Preferred Requirements Five years of fund raising experience.
Salary	Competitive salary.

Responsibilities	Part-time Clinical Adjunct Instructors needed.
Qualifications	Clinical instructors must have mental health experience or medical/surgical with telemetry/critical care experience and ACLS certification. Teaching experience desirable; RN/BSN (if pursuing a Master’s degree) or RN/MSN required.

Position Available	Office Manager (Law/Justice Studies and Social Work Departments housed within College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences)
Appointment Date	Position available August 5, 2009. This part-time position works 20 hours per week during the academic year. M-F, mornings preferred.
Responsibilities	Primary duties include department course scheduling data entry and payroll data input, maintaining Social Work databases, interacting with students, coordinating and assisting with department special events, assisting faculty with classroom and presentation materials.
Qualifications	This position requires a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and basic proficiency with Microsoft Access. Secretarial and administrative duties require strong communication, organizational and computer/technology skills. Must demonstrate a genuine interest in welcoming, working with, and helping others. One year previous office experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
