Admission Requirements for the School of Graduate Studies

Avila has very competitive graduate degree programs and therefore we have specific guidelines as to who will be accepted. Each program has different admission requirements and criteria, so be sure to visit the website of the program you are interested in:

• Business Administration - Concentrations in Accounting, Finance, General Management, Healthcare Administration, International Business, Management Information Systems and Marketing
  
  
• Education Certification - Get you teacher certification and begin your teaching career!
  
  
• Education - Masters in Education
  
  
• Management - Concentrations in Fundraising or Project Management
  
  
• Organizational Development
  
  
• Psychology - Concentrations in Counseling Psychology or General Psychology

International Students Admission Requirements:

Applicants who attended foreign colleges or universities must furnish the following documentation to be considered for admittance:

• Application
  
  
• Official transcripts translated by an approved provider
  
  
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - English proficiency must be demonstrated with a minimum score of 550.
  
  
• Must submit a bank statement  from sponsoring individual (s)  attesting to financial support
  
  
• Two letters of Recommendations
  
  
• Statement of Intent
  
  
• Resume
  
  
• Submit one of the following:
