This Master’s degree prepares teachers to improve their teaching of reading and to work with students grades K-12 in literacy. As a part of this Master’s degree the teacher also meets all of the requirements for an advanced certificate in Special Reading (K-12) as well as the Master’s Degree.

The master’s degree requires a minimum of 33 credit hours. Any qualified graduate elective hours may be applied to reach the 33 required hours.
