Whitfield Center Lobby

Community means more to Avila than just a group of people; it means fostering life-long relationships, and attending to the needs of our Avila "family." By renovating the Whitfield lobby, we will create a student commons area. Students will have a relaxed place for study groups to meet, the University will be able to include more students in new campus life activities, adult degree-seeking students will have a place to transition from their work environment and enjoy evening meals together, and outside groups will feel like a welcomed part of the Avila community.
