Capital Improvements

Thanks to donors who supported Avila through our recent $4.5 Million Mabee Challenge Grant campaign, our campus will see several transformative improvements over the next few months! Join in our excitement as we see these projects take shape:

» New Residence Hall - Updated April 26
The will help 130 more students experience campus life at Avila beyond the classroom.

» New Monument Signage - COMPLETE
This will increase our visibility and establish our identify with a beautiful, strong presence on Wornall Road.

» The Pavilion - COMPLETE
This will provide much-needed space for athletic teams, intramural sports and community activities.

» The Whitfield Student Commons -
COMPLETE
This creates a place for all our students to study informally, prepare for classes, and engage in campus life activities.

» The Anatomy and Physiology Lab in O'Rielly - This will be remodeled into a complete, modern learning environment for students in our science and health care programs.

» Marian Center Dining Hall - Phase 1 COMPLETE
Avila University's Dining Hall is about to get an extreme makeover. The current cafeteria feeling environment will be transformed into warm, welcoming café experience.

» Athletic Field -Phase 1 COMPLETE
This new field will not only enhance our athletics programs, but also will allow Avila University to open up the athletic fields for student recreational use and welcome youth organizations from the community.
