B.A. in English Course Requirements

The candidate for the Bachelor of Arts degree in English must complete all the Avila core requirements and demonstrate competence through one year (6 credit hours) of college-level foreign language. In addition, the candidate must complete the following Major requirement of 36 hours after EN 112 Composition II (or its equivalent) and three hours of core literature have been successfully completed:
