Application Instructions
- Prepare a résumé or CV and a cover letter for one of the available job descriptions. Click here to view available job titles and descriptions. Additional job descriptions may be added by contacting Counseing & Career Services.
- Submit your résumé or CV and cover letter electronically to careers@avila.edu by no later than February 28, 2013. Please note: If you are required to participate for a class, the application deadline may be earlier.
- Participate in a telephone job interview.
- Participate in an in-person job interview.
Contestants will be evaluated on the quality of their résumés/CVs, cover letters, telephone job interviews, and in-person job interviews. Based on these evaluations, five finalists will be determined.
The 5 Finalists will: a) Provide 3 references b) Participate in a two-question videotaped interview
The finalists’ videotaped interviews will be posted on-line for students, faculty, and staff to view and then vote for their choice for the Avila Apprentice!
Winner to be announced at the Etiquette Dinner on April 3, 2013.
