Employment Statistics

Annual Report Methodology
The Employment Statistics Report, produced by Career Services, is compiled annually to summarize the employment status of graduating seniors.

Survey Method
Data is collected throughout the school year, primarily at or near the end of each semester.  A comprehensive report of graduates (including names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers) is generated from the University’s computer system.  Career Services contacts each graduating student utilizing the following methods:

  1. A web survey is available on our website at www.avila.edu/careers/survey.asp for students/graduates.
  2. A survey is e-mailed to seniors/graduates who have not yet responded to the web survey.
  3. Phone calls are made to the seniors/graduates who have not yet responded to the surveys.
Questions regarding the results or survey procedures can be directed to Career Services at 816.501.2901.
