Carondelet Hall is an updated traditional-style residence hall with double and triple-bed rooms featuring flexible furniture for maximum opportunities for arranging your space. Carondelet houses a residential computer lab as well as lounges on each floor with flat-screen televisions. Connected to Carondelet Hall is the Hodes Center where you can find Career Services, Learning Services, Disability Services, Health Services and Counseling Services.
Ridgway Hall is a recently renovated traditional-style residence hall with double and triple rooms featuring flexible furniture that allows you to arrange your room how you like. Ridgway features a brand new spacious community lounge with several flat-screen televisions and different styles of seating and meeting space for student use. Connected to Ridgway is Dallavis, which houses our art classrooms, offices and Thornhill Art Gallery.
Jeanne Collins Thompson Hall, known commonly as Thompson Hall, is Avila's newest residence hall. Thompson Hall is a suite-style residence hall with each suite containing four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a common space with kitchenette. This building includes a great gathering space right inside the front door with comfortable furniture, a big-screen television, a mini computer lab, and a kitchen area.
Avila Hall has 4 bedroom suites, 5 bedroom suites, and 6 bedroom suites. They have single bedrooms and all residents of the suite share one bathroom and a living space in the suite. Avila Hall has lounges on every floor with study areas and areas for students to watch TV together. There is a kitchen with convection microwaves and refrigerator, a laundry room, a media room and mailboxes.
