The purpose of the minor is to provide students with an understanding of the management of organizations, especially in terms of the human and social issues. Students will learn how organizations are designed and developed to mobilize their human resources in order to achieve effective performance. The minor prepares students to work with Human Resource Professionals, apart from readying them for possible entry-level management positions. A minimum grade of "C" or better is required in all classes. The Management minor is not permitted for AC/BU/LG majors.
