Lebanon , IL- The Avila Eagles faced the Missouri Baptist Spartans on Friday night. Avila fell to Missouri Baptist 0-3 after a tough match. The Eagles tried to produce some offense but could not sneak a ball by their keeper. Rachelle Luster led the team with 5 shots with Danielle Price and Haley Couture contributing as well. The Eagles were outshot 17 to 8. Keeper Renee Rudder came up with 6 saves in the game.

Coach Clements did not want to dwell on this loss because the girls had to focus on the game the next evening against the nationally ranked McKendree University .
