  Kylie Williamson-Head Softball Coach  
         
 

Kylie Williamson is entering her first season as head coach for the Avila University softball program. Williamson was hired in June of 2009.

Before joining Avila Kylie was a volunteer assistant for the University of Missouri, Kansas City softball program. She helped with recruiting, travel, and skill development. Williamson also was the head coach for the University of Kansas Club Softball team in the spring of 2009.

As a student-athlete Williamson was a 2 year letter winner for Pratt Community college along with being an All- Jayhawk Conference and All- Region shortstop her freshman and sophomore year. She was also a nominated All-American shortstop her sophomore year. Kylie was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society while at PCC. After receiving her Associates degree from Pratt she transferred to UMKC and was a two year starter for the Kangaroos. She was named to the Mid-Continent Conference Academic All-Conference team her senior year. Williamson graduated in 2007 with a BLA. She is currently finishing her Master's in Sport Psychology from the University of Kansas.

Williamson a native of McPherson, KS, Kylie now resides in Kansas City, MO.
