The Avila Advantage adult degree program allows you to complete your undergraduate business, health or psychology degree or graduate degree in organizational development on a schedule that is both flexible and convenient for you. Enroll anytime, and take classes as they fit your schedule. You can accumulate hours rapidly due to our non-traditional program format.

Courses are structured in 8-week, 5-week, weekend intensive, and online formats. Our program is not a lock-step or cohort program, so you can schedule the classes you need to complete your degree at the times that are most convenient for you.
