In just thirteen short credit hours, your graduate certificate will prepare you to take the PHR exam. You will have confidence knowing that your Avila education has fully prepared you to pursue certification through Society of Human Resource Management.

Our graduate certificate revolves around you

With classes meeting just one night per week for eight weeks, you can keep your full time job while you pursue your graduate certificate in Strategic Human Resources. You can apply and be admitted every eight weeks and take advantage of our rolling admission process. Your Graduate Certificate is thirteen credit hours that rolls easily into the Master of Arts in Management degree. You can stop with the certificate or proceed to a Master’s degree- the flexibility and choice are yours.
